Fix These Roads/Sidewalks

Fix These Roads/Sidewalks! If we make ownership / building / maintenance of our transportation pathways public then the only ones we could blame for potholes and the like is ourselves. As long as people follow safety guidelines I see no harm in open-sourcing / letting anyone take a crack at the construction & maintenance of the next generation of our roads and byways.
Envision and construct "higherways"; foot-traffic & low speed vehicle accessways above main roadways and more tunnels where there are inaccessabilities such as train or trees. Bury and shield city wiring to protect it from damage and us from exposure to harmful radiations.
We currently have way too many places where there are zero or woefully inadequate sidewalk coverage. I forsee 100% roadways having top-notch sidewalk on both sides so we can keep all travelers safe.     Each traffic light needs a page on a public web service where one can petition reprogramming instructions then cross-checked by public workers at point of failure to allow measurable / targetable / perceivable problems to be documented and publicly corrected. No more waiting at senseless red lights for ghost-cars to pass by! Wow!

  1. We are going to melt all those thick metal pothole slabs and put a statue commemorating all the collateral damage these half-measure solutions have themselves cause. No more metal plates.

better safer roads for Atlanta via public safety training on speed right of way as well as merging fundamentals that many people unfortunately don't think about and make our roads less safe because of bureaucratic normalities preventing bold signage and education campaigns that capture and raise the vibrational levels of all our citizens and create fatality free streets and sidewalks.

publicly owned transit system; at least five times the service lines to freely connect every sector of our future safe city together.
